We live in this flat together.

There are things Le Chef has to tolerate living in the flat with me.

Thing 1
Bicycles.  Bicycle tools.  Bicycle clothes.  Bicycle shoes.  Bicycle dents in the wall. Bicycle oil on the wall paper.  Blood stains caused by bicycle injuries.  Feeding of hypoglycemic bicyclist (who sometimes might be a bit narky).

Thing 2
Socks.  On the floor. But only every other day.

Thing 3
Apple fetishisms such as kissing MacAir and fretting over Steve Jobs health.

Thing 4
Dereliction of household duties including:

1. reluctance to wash a dish
2. ability to load washing machine but not empty it
3. neglect of bill filing
4. dusting-phobia
